Return Policy: 

While we hope you are happy with all purchases made at Frank Brothers, we understand sometimes returns are necessary. The following is our return policy. 

• no returns will be accepted without Frank Brothers receipt 
• no returns beyond 30 days after purchase date 
• no return on bulk material (mulch, soil, decorative stone, etc.), natural stone or grass seed
• returns must be in sellable condition 
• no returns on special order items 
• all returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee 

All photos listed are representatives of our products. Due to our products being natural, sizing, color and texture can and will vary without notice. To ensure you are receiving a product you are satisfied with, we highly encourage you to visit our yard and select your products before purchasing.
